Overview
We are looking for recruiters who have a strong eye for sales talent and can identify individuals who don’t just interview well but can actually perform. This role also requires flexibility to work on enablement hiring as business needs evolve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end hiring for sales roles across levels
  • Identify and close high-quality sales talent with strong conversion potential
  • Support hiring for enablement roles as required
  • Partner closely with the CX team at Miles to understand hiring needs and build strong pipelines
  • Ensure speed, quality, and consistency in hiring outcomes

Who We’re Looking For

  • Recruiters with proven experience in hiring for sales roles
  • Strong ability to assess real capability beyond resumes and keywords
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
  • Adaptable to hiring across functions when needed
Work Timings
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
Compensation
Up to ₹5 LPA
