Role: Recruiter – Sales & Enablement Hiring (India)
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end hiring for sales roles across levels
- Identify and close high-quality sales talent with strong conversion potential
- Support hiring for enablement roles as required
- Partner closely with the CX team at Miles to understand hiring needs and build strong pipelines
- Ensure speed, quality, and consistency in hiring outcomes
