As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our business across APAC. Partnering closely with hiring managers in Singapore, Tokyo, Beijing, Mumbai, Sydney, Ho Chi Minh City, and other regional locations, you will attract, assess, and hire top talent. You will lead end-to-end recruitment activities, provide market intelligence, build strong talent pipelines, and enhance our employer brand while delivering outstanding experience.
Your Role
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meeting to offer stage for technical and business roles cross countries in APAC.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment advice, market intelligence, and sourcing strategies.
Source and attract high-quality candidates through direct search, referrals, networking, social media, and job boards.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct candidate screening and assessment activities and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Propose and coordinate campus actions, recruitment events, networking activities, and employer branding initiatives.
Monitor recruitment metrics and market trends to improve hiring effectiveness and quality.
Maintain data accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure recruitment processes are properly documented.
Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team and support hiring activities across APAC as business needs evolve.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and recruitment projects.
Your Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or a related field.
5–7 years of Talent Acquisition experience, ideally within technology, software, fintech, financial services, or other international environments.
Experience recruiting within fintech, capital markets, banking technology, or enterprise software environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with financial technology platforms such as Murex or similar solutions is a strong advantage.
Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for technical and specialized roles.
Strong coordination skills with the ability to align and advise hiring managers.
Advanced sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, databases, referrals, and direct search techniques.
Experience building talent pipelines and driving recruitment initiatives in competitive talent markets.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday experience is a plus.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Proactive, autonomous, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
