Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience in US IT/Non-IT Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing and screening skills, a good understanding of technical roles, and experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based positions.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT/Non-IT positions from sourcing through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and ATSdatabases.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, availability, and work authorization.
• Recruit for roles across areas such as Software Development, Data, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future IT requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and candidate onboarding.
• Negotiate compensation and manage candidate expectations through the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS.
• Meet defined SLAs, submission targets, interview targets, and hiring goals.
