We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience handling end-to-end recruiting in Gen AI, ML, and Data Engineering. Our recruiting team is one of the most crucial functions within the organization, as recruiters play a key role in driving successful organizational growth. You will have the opportunity to hire consultants for cutting-edge jobs in data science, AI, machine learning, and analytics. Growth opportunities include building a talent team and owning the recruiting activity for a line of business or an entire vertical. This position is 100% remote, with availability required to operate in Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Availability to work in EST hours
- Experience in US hiring, particularly for GenAI, ML, and Data Engineering roles
- Proven understanding of work authorization processes for North America
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong stakeholder management ability
- Experience working for a consulting company with global operations (US, India) highly preferred
- Excellent proficiency in Google Workspace
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving requirements
- Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and self-motivated
- Enthusiastic, personable, and positive attitude toward team collaboration

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for the Tiger Analytics team in the US and Canada
- Source, screen, and schedule interviews with panel members and hiring managers
- Create and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for upcoming roles
- Maintain the ATS, collect feedback, and calibrate the hiring process
- Engage and attract talent across levels—from senior consultants to leadership roles
- Manage interview, offer, and negotiation stages in partnership with hiring managers
- Build partnerships with external recruiting firms and contractors
