About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be an active part of the recruitment team, involved in the full hiring process from sourcing talent to making offers. You’ll work closely with candidates, internal teams, and external partners to help us find the right people in the right way. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple functions and markets
• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and our internal database
• Screen and interview candidates (phone, video, and face-to-face) 
• Advertise job openings across different platforms
• Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners
• Join senior colleagues in interviews and meetings to continue learning and growing in the role
• Stay informed about best practices and trends in talent acquisition and suggest ways to improve
• Support employer branding and contribute to candidate attraction strategies

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Turkish
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and collaboration
• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition 
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using recruitment systems (e.g., SmartRecruiters or similar ATS) is an advantage
• Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field is a plus
