We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Recruiter. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific internal roles.
- Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers, providing support throughout the interview process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist in posting position openings on job boards and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Create and maintain an employee referral network to maximize hiring needs.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Associates or Bachelor's degree and/or coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
- Required experience in ABA recruiting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Must be able to work onsite daily and possess a willingness to collaborate with other staff members.

Avid ABA (formerly Attendant Care Autism Services) was born out of the combination of our parent company’s principles and the need for Autism services in Michigan communities. After initially opening our Autism services branch with in-home services only, we adapted to the needs of our clients and opened our first Autism Centers in mid-2019.
