Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Inside Sales Team Lead to guide our frontline sales engine. You won't just be sitting on the sidelines; you’ll be the player-coach who sets the pace, hones the scripts, and turns a group of talented individuals into a high-performing unit. Your mission is to drive revenue growth by mentoring your team, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring every lead is handled with precision and flair.
Location: Arepo (After Opic- Berger)
Pay: ₦250,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
Work mode: Hybrid
What You'll Do
Ensure a seamless flow of leads from marketing to sales, maintaining a high standard of CRM hygiene (Salesforce/HubSpot).
Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and implement improvements
Ensure proper use of CRM tools and accurate reporting
Collaborate with marketing and operations to improve lead quality and conversion
Track and report on key sales metrics (conversion rates, pipeline value, revenue, etc.)
Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to leadership
Use data to drive decision-making and strategy adjustments
What You Have
4-5 years of experience in inside sales, or B2B sales (preferably in industrial, engineering, or manufacturing sectors)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to understand technical products/services and translate value to clients
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) is an added advantage
Proficient in Excel and analytical thinking
Strong organizational and follow-through skills
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Tertiary graduate in a commercial or engineering degree
