This role offers flexibility to work remotely from home for candidates located within a 40-mile radius of our Highland Hills, Cleveland, Phoenix, or Oklahoma City offices. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting high-volume recruitment and fulfillment across our Managed Services practice. This position involves executing an enterprise-wide early in career talent and/or in combination of entry-level industry talent recruitment strategies to meet business and hiring needs, providing end-to-end recruitment support, and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.

In this role, creative thinking in proactive sourcing and candidate pipelining is essential to rapidly engage and enhance our recruiting efforts as we strengthen our employment brand. Success in this role demands skilled judgment, discretion, grace under pressure, and personal resilience. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will source, interview, and guide candidates through the hiring process while maintaining regular communication with the business.

To excel in this position, you must be results-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced production environment, possess keen attention to detail, and lead with empathy.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including requisition input, candidate interviews, and progression through the offer and onboarding phases. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates until their start date.
  • Oversee high-volume requisitions within our Managed Services department, sourcing and filling classes of 100+ positions monthly.
  • Utilize our recruitment tech stack to proactively identify and engage top talent.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including candidates, educational institutions, HR, and business leaders.
  • Provide top tier recruiting support for internal business partners.
  • Collaborate with leadership to deliver relevant recruitment metrics and analytics.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must currently reside within a 40-mile radius of our following offices: Highland Hills, Cleveland, Phoenix, OR Oklahoma City offices. (23000 Millcreek Blvd, Highland Hills, OH 44122; 1300 E 9th Street, Suite 200, Cleveland, OH 44114; 40 N. Central Ave, Suite 200, Phoenix, AZ 85004; 7340 W. Memorial Rd., Oklahoma City, OK 73142)
  • Minimum of 1 year of full cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume and/or RPO environment; a mix of corporate and agency experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Workday experience is a plus!
  • Knowledge of HR hiring policies, OFCCP, and FLSA compliance.
  • Self-directed with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with Workday Recruiting ATS.
  • Experience sourcing both active and passive candidates.
  • Background in Financial Services, FinTech, Financial Crime, or high-volume BPO environments is highly desired.
