Ferring+You

You will be accountable for bringing great talent into Ferring while ensuring a high-quality experience for all parties. Together with our TA Sourcing team, you will support TA Partners, HRBP's and Hiring Managers across Europe to understand their needs and recruit the best talent.

Your scope will be focused in managing the end to end recruitment process in one of our main production sites in Europe, located in Kiel, Germany. That’s why we are looking for an amazing TA Specialist with German skills to hit the ground running and contribute to leverage the function in the location.

Your day at Ferring

  • Understanding the business needs and establishing a solid recruitment strategy for each role.
  • Assessing, interviewing and selecting talent.
  • Decision and offer management.
  • Partner and consult with HR, TA Sourcing and the business to understand needs and execute against talent strategies to deliver value.
  • Drive consistency in the hiring process and ensure the best candidate experience.
  • Challenge hiring managers about talent assumptions.
  • Meet Global Talent Acquisition goals for time-to-hire, cost per hire, diverse candidate slates and contribute for data driven process.
  • Build, grow, and nurture talent pipelines and keep our candidate database updated.
  • Proactively look for innovative ways to recruitment and attract candidates and continuously build our employer brand.
  • Represent Ferring in University Relations activities.
  • Partner with the Sourcing team to ensure consistency throughout the full cycle.
  • Flex and adapt with projects and assignments as business needs shift and evolve.

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology or a related field is required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment within a multicultural environment.
  • Knowledge of at least one applicant tracking system (ideally Workday) and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Fluency in English and German is a must
  • Experience in partnering, developing, and leading the implementation of effective hiring strategies that supports ambitious business goals.
  • Ability to navigate in a fast-paced environment, a problem solver with the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities, a strong decision-maker.
  • Positive “roll up sleeves” mindset and a proactive approach to recruitment, ability to redirect the course of action if needed.
  • Ability to activate and partner with others without formal authority (i.e. no formal reporting lines).
  • Sensitivity to local employment laws and their interdependencies with the candidate lifecycle.
