Job Description
You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Navigating Hiring Managers in a world of talent acquisition and together with other team members taking care of full recruitment cycle for a dedicated area
- Applying strategic recruitment techniques from sourcing to assessing candidates
- Eventually, driving extra talent acquisition projects besides recruitment, such as candidate experience management or analytics - just tell us your passion
- Analyzing the market, being up-to-date to the newest talent trends, sourcing strategies and innovative recruitment methods
Qualifications
- Have an experience of 1 + year in the talent acquisition area of managing full-cycle recruitment projects
- Possess good stakeholder management and networking skills
- Would describe yourself as a tech savvy personality with a passion for data and recruitment metrics
- Have a strong sense of ownership and people-oriented mindset with willingness to create the best candidate and hiring manager experience
- Are fluent in English and Lithuanian languages
