Dein Profil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Recruiting oder Talent Sourcing (Agentur, Inhouse oder RPO)
- Erfahrung im Recruiting für den deutschen oder türkischen Markt
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Türkischkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse
- Sicherer Umgang mit Active Sourcing Tools (z. B. LinkedIn, kariyer.net)
- Kreativität und Gespür für innovative Recruiting-Strategien
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit mehrsprachigen Kandidat:innen
- Zielorientierte, strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Gute MS Office- und allgemeine PC-Kenntnisse
- Bereitschaft, zunächst im Home Office und später am Standort Bursa zu arbeiten
Deine Aufgaben
- Aufbau und Pflege eines starken Talentpools für aktuelle und zukünftige Vakanzen
- Durchführung von Telefon-, Video- und persönlichen Interviews
- Steuerung und Dokumentation des gesamten Recruiting-Prozesses im ATS
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Hiring Managern zur Optimierung der Suchstrategien
- Sicherstellung einer exzellenten Candidate Experience
- Erstellung von Reports und Analysen
- Nutzung verschiedener Recruiting-Kanäle und -Tools (Jobbörsen, Social Media, Referral Programme)
- Repräsentation von Conduent als Employer Brand Ambassador
