Are you passionate about connecting people with the right opportunities and shaping the future of talent? In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our recruitment engine, working closely with leaders, HR partners, and the external talent market to build strong teams and drive meaningful change.

 

What You’ll Do:

Talent Strategies

  • Contribute to the creation of targeted attraction strategies and help steer the country-level talent mobility process.

Recruitment Process

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for your assigned roles and serve as the main point of contact for multiple departments.

Partner with Leaders & HR

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR teams to understand their needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies for junior and mid-level talent.

Analyze & Improve

  • Deliver insights and reports that help evaluate recruitment effectiveness and shape future hiring strategies.
  • Get involved in projects aimed at improving HR tools, processes, and overall candidate experience.

Work with Trusted Recruiting Partners

  • Engage with external recruitment agencies to ensure we attract the right talent for our business needs.

Build Talent Communities

  • Conduct proactive market research and nurture long-term relationships with potential candidates.

Manage External Partnerships

  • Establish and maintain collaborations with external vendors, including recruitment agencies.

Level Up Hiring Capabilities

  • Deliver workshops for managers focused on recruitment processes, market challenges, and interview best practices.

What We Need:

  • Experience: Experience in a Recruitment role; experience in a matrixed, multinational organization highly preferred; Experience in conducting telephone and Face2Face interviews.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree 
  • Tools: MS Office, 
  • Language: English
