Position Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be part of the Regional People Experience Team supporting recruitment across the Southeast Asia & Oceania (SEAO) region.
You will manage end-to-end recruitment while partnering closely with hiring managers and HR teams to attract, engage, and hire top talent. Beyond hiring, you will also contribute to regional Talent Acquisition initiatives, employer branding, and continuous improvement efforts that strengthen our recruitment capabilities and candidate experience across the SEAO region.

Role and Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job intake and sourcing through candidate selection and offer management
  • Source, engage, and assess talent across Singapore and selected Southeast Asia & Oceania markets
  • Conduct candidate screening and interviews, presenting candidates aligned with business needs
  • Deliver a positive and efficient recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring stakeholders

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner closely with hiring managers, HR, and C&B teams to understand hiring priorities, align on hiring strategies, and provide recruitment insights
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships through proactive communication and regular hiring updates

Talent Sourcing & Employer Branding

  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and sourcing platforms
  • Represent Samsung’s employer brand and communicate our Employee Value Proposition throughout the recruitment journey
  • Support employer branding initiatives, career events, and regional Talent Acquisition projects

Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Support regional Talent Acquisition initiatives across employer branding, process improvement, market intelligence initiatives, and recruitment best practices
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data within the applicant tracking system (ATS), prepare recruitment reports, and ensure compliance with recruitment processes and policies
  • Support hiring analytics and identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, operational efficiency, and candidate experience

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within an in-house, multinational, or recruitment agency environment.
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions; regional or multi-country hiring exposure would be an advantage.
  • Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent sourcing platforms.
  • Proficiency in direct sourcing techniques, including Boolean and X-ray search methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Experience with Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
  • Strong curiosity and willingness to continuously learn about talent market trends, sourcing strategies, and recruitment best practices
