What You'll Do

  • Lead and Manage Teams: Supervise the experienced hire and campus hire teams supporting the practice groups, setting clear expectations and KPIs to drive performance. Provide ongoing support, coaching, and resources they need to be successful.
  • Execute the Talent Acquisition Strategy: Collaborate with the Director of Talent Strategy & Global Operations to implement a data-driven, technology-enabled recruitment strategy. This strategy will incorporate AI and integrate internal systems to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance both the candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Partner with Practice Groups: Collaborate closely with practice group leaders to understand their talent needs, align recruitment strategies, and deliver market insights that support the firm’s growth.
  • Foster a Positive Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, inclusive, and technology-enabled candidate experience that reflects BPM’s values and supports our business objectives.
  • Manage Day-to-Day Recruiting Operations: Tackle daily operational issues, ensuring the smooth functioning of all recruiting activities and addressing challenges as they arise.
  • Build External Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with universities, external recruiting partners, and other talent sources to strengthen BPM’s talent pipeline.
  • Enhance Processes: Leverage AI tools, recruiting technologies, and data-driven insights to continually improve the efficiency, quality, and diversity of BPM’s hiring processes.
  • Elevate Candidate Selection and Retention: Drive improvements in the candidate selection process by implementing data-driven tools and best practices, ensuring BPM hires top talent that aligns with our culture and business needs, resulting in higher retention and long-term success.

What You'll Bring

  • 8-10 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, including leading campus and global experienced hire teams while scaling recruiting functions, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of coaching and supporting teams to meet performance goals and KPIs.
  • Ability to manage recruiting operations, resolve challenges, and streamline processes.
  • Expertise in recruiting technologies, data analytics, and AI-driven tools.
  • Ability to use data to inform recruitment strategies and decision-making.
  • A passion for delivering an exceptional and inclusive candidate experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
