Gorgonzola hosts Navigations Air Systems (NAS) domain. The activity of NAS domain: avionics, navigation and radar systems for civil air traffic and technologies supporting the activities of civilian and military pilots, ATC controllers and technicians of several airlines, air traffic control agencies and Air Force around the world. Italy is the Group’s Competence center for the design, production and delivery of Navigation Aids products and Competence Centre for the delivery of non-Radar Surveillance Products.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
ngage in active sourcing to identify and attract potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open roles.
Support the maintenance and updating of the candidate database and applicant tracking system.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
Participate in recruitment marketing activities to enhance employer branding and attract top talent.
Assist in the preparation of recruitment reports and metrics to track the progress and effectiveness of recruitment activities.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to conduct professional interviews.
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong ability to source and identify potential candidates.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience with social media and online sourcing tools is a plus
