What We Look For in Future Talent Acquisition Hires
We regularly seek professionals with:
Full-cycle recruiting experience in SaaS, EdTech, or growth-stage companies
Strength in strategic sourcing, passive outreach, and relationship building
Familiarity with tools like Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and AI sourcing platforms
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with hiring managers and people teams
A proactive, data-driven approach to improving pipeline quality and time-to-fill
