Key Responsibilities
- Work as credible advisor of talent acquisition function implementing global and local TA strategy and key priorities.
- Drive and deliver end-to-end recruitment for both Commercial and Operations organizations (e.g., sales, marketing, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, etc.).
- Play as a critical contact window to outreach, engage, attract, and onboard talents supporting business growth, strategic transformance, and operational excellence
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HRBPs for a more balanced hiring decision through developing effective sourcing strategies, influencing key stakeholders, sharing market insights, and providing candidate coaching, etc.
- Support strategic recruitment programs, including but not limited to operational excellence, campus recruitment, university relationship management, trainee/internships, employer branding, hiring managers’ and candidates’ experiences, etc.
- Continuously optimize recruitment processes, leveraging data and feedback to enhance efficiency and quality.
What You’ll Bring
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment within the industrial or mechanical manufacturing sector, with a track record of hiring sales and technical roles.
- Exposures in managing and implementing the early career program will be a plus.
- Strong experience in mid-to-senior level recruitment, with a history of identifying and securing top talent for critical roles.
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written) to effectively communicate with global stakeholders and candidates.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset, with a passion for innovation in talent acquisition.
Skills Required
