About this opportunity:
As a TA Partner - Emerging Talent, you will play a pivotal role not only in hiring but also in designing, managing, and scaling early talent programs that build Ericsson's future workforce. This role combines recruitment excellence with program management, campus engagement, and employer branding to deliver a seamless and impactful emerging talent strategy.
What you will do:
Emerging Talent Hiring & Strategy:
• Drive end-to-end recruitment for interns, graduates, thesis, and early career programs • Partner with business leaders to forecast and build future-ready talent pipelines • Develop structured talent pools and engagement strategies aligned to business priorities
Program Management & Campus Orchestration :
• Lead and manage multiple emerging talent programs (campus hiring, internships, university collaborations)• Coordinate with university SPOCs to plan and execute hiring cycles, campaigns, and engagements• Own the campus calendar, event planning, and program execution timelines ensuring seamless delivery• Orchestrate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure on-time and high-quality program outcomes
Campus Engagement & Employer Branding :
• Design and execute online and offline campus engagement events (talks, hackathons, hiring drives) • Act as a brand ambassador, strengthening Ericsson's presence across key universities • Drive marketing of success stories and quick wins, enhancing employer brand visibility • Contribute to shaping and amplifying the Emerging Talent EVP
Stakeholder & Experience Excellence
• Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers, HR, Universities, and internal stakeholders • Deliver a consistent and high-quality hiring manager and candidate experience • Provide regular insights and updates on pipeline health, program progress, and outcomes
Technology & Data-Driven Execution
• Leverage AI-driven tools (Eightfold, LinkedIn Insights, etc.) for sourcing, screening, and pipeline building • Utilize data and market insights to optimize hiring strategy and program effectiveness • Ensure process excellence, compliance, and data integrity across all activities
