As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support the Talent Acquisition team in executing recruitment strategies for roles in professional services as well as front line workers/technicians while ensuring an efficient and compliant hiring process. This role is responsible for managing all recruitment activities such as maintaining accurate candidate data, and supporting high-volume hiring efforts.
You will play a key role in coordinating interviews, managing candidate pipelines, supporting offer preparation, and ensuring a positive candidate experience during the recruitment phase.

What are the core responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Partner?:
- Source candidates through job boards, job fairs, outreach, and other networking opportunities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines
- Partner with hiring managers to assist in forecasting headcount needs
- Conduct application review and initial steps within the recruiting process
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
- Manage candidate movement within the ATS (Workday & Paradox), including dispositioning and status updates
- Ensure candidate records are accurate, complete, and up to date
- Support high-volume entry level recruitment efforts and timely candidate movement/dispositioning
- Assist with offer letter preparation using approved templates and compensation guidelines
- Provide positive and professional candidate experience
What does success look like?
- Demonstrates the ability to independently manage a high-volume and/or complex requisition workload while maintaining strong quality, urgency, organization, and candidate experience standards
- Builds strong consultative partnerships with hiring managers by influencing hiring decisions, providing market insight, setting realistic expectations, and proactively identifying talent or process challenges before they escalate
- Maintains exceptional process discipline and ATS compliance through accurate candidate tracking, timely dispositioning, clean documentation, and consistent adherence to recruiting workflows and operational standards
- Utilizes recruiting data, pipeline analytics, and hiring trends to drive decision-making, improve recruiting effectiveness, and identify opportunities for process optimization or efficiency improvements
- Operates with a high level of ownership, accountability, and professionalism by driving requisitions forward proactively, communicating effectively across stakeholders, and consistently delivering reliable hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environment

- 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, coordination, administrative support, or related experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to full-cycle recruiting or strong interest in learning
- Experience with an ATS (Workday or similar) preferred
- Experience supporting entry-level or high-volume hiring environments preferred
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- Schedule / in-office requirements:
- Hybrid working model; Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday/Friday from home.
