In this role, you won’t just fill roles—you’ll shape talent strategies, tackle difficult searches, and partner closely with leaders to build high-performing teams across sales, marketing, business development, finance, and customer success within the Health and Life Insurance space nationwide. What You’ll Do
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across a diverse portfolio of roles—from early career to senior-level professionals—within the insurance industry
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders, shaping talent acquisition strategies aligned to business priorities
  • Own and drive complex, hard-to-fill searches, developing creative sourcing and attraction strategies
  • Build strong partnerships across HR, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver competitive talent solutions
  • Create compelling, inclusive job postings and candidate experiences that reflect Integrity’s values and culture
  • Proactively source and engage top talent using advanced search techniques, market mapping, and networking
  • Lead structured interviews and candidate evaluations, ensuring consistency, fairness, and quality of hire
  • Use data and insights to inform hiring strategies, pipeline health, and decision-making
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, talent market shifts, and competitor activity in the insurance space
  • Actively contribute to team success, sharing best practices and supporting broader TA initiatives
What You Bring
  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated success in both high-volume and specialized roles
  • Proven ability to manage a full recruiting desk independently, balancing multiple priorities with minimal oversight
  • Experience acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders, influencing hiring decisions and talent strategies
  • Track record of successfully delivering against complex or niche searches
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both HR partners and business stakeholders
  • Expertise in sourcing and engaging talent using modern tools (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and direct sourcing)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, advise, and build trust at all levels
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities
  • Proficiency with ATS systems (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office tools
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset combined with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
