Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner

You will own full-cycle recruiting at Landpoint — sourcing, screening, and hiring exceptional talent across all levels. As the first touchpoint in the candidate experience, you'll bring the Landpoint story to life and support the People Director to build the teams driving company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring plans and craft compelling job postings.
- Source candidates through Boolean searches, industry partnerships, networking, and technical job boards; conduct initial screens to identify best-fit talent.
- Maintain proactive communication with hiring managers and candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Own the offer process end-to-end — drafting, extending, and negotiating offers to close top candidates.
- Keep the ATS accurate and up to date at all times.
- Meet and exceed assigned hiring KPIs and recruitment metrics.
- Support ad-hoc People team projects as needed.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, major job boards, sourcing platforms, and ATS software.
The Talent Acquisition Partner role is 100% on-site and may also engage in external recruitment activities, and industry conferences. Light travel may be required for business-related purposes.
