The Role

At NiCE, we don’t limit our challenges. We challenge our limits. Always. We’re ambitious. We’re game changers. And we play to win. We set the highest standards and execute beyond them. And if you’re like us, we can offer you the ultimate career opportunity that will light a fire within you.

So, what’s the role all about?

As a Talent Acquisition Partner for our Professional Services, Sales, Marketing, and GTM teams, you own searches that directly impact revenue, delivery and customer outcomes. You work closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing and Professional Services to hire Account Executives, Marketing Professionals, Solution Consultants, Customer Success and Implementation experts who help our customers win with NiCE.

Your job is not to put “a butt in a seat.” Your job is to understand the problem behind each open role, build a smart search strategy, and guide both hiring managers and candidates through a high quality process that ends with the right person in the right role.

How will you make an impact?

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing and Professional Services leaders to understand business goals, territories and delivery needs, then turn that into clear hiring profiles and interview plans.

  • Own full cycle recruiting for quota carrying Sales roles, Sales Engineering / Solution Consulting, Customer Success and Professional Services positions across your assigned regions.

  • Act as a talent advisor to the business, sharing market insights on candidate supply, compensation expectations, time to fill and competitive activity.

  • Build strong, diverse pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, talent mapping and strategic use of platforms and job boards.

  • Design and run fast, structured interview processes that give candidates a great experience while maintaining a high hiring bar.

  • Coach hiring managers on effective interviewing, calibration and decision making.

What will you do day to day?

  • Manage the full requisition lifecycle in Greenhouse, from job creation and description validation through approvals, posting and final disposition of candidates.

  • Review applications, prescreen candidates and conduct structured interviews to assess skills, experience and motivation.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels, ensuring timely feedback and smooth communication at each stage.

  • Maintain accurate, compliant candidate records, interview notes and status updates in Greenhouse and related HR systems.

  • Conduct reference checks as needed and help coordinate pre hire and new hire requirements, including background checks and any required screenings or paperwork.

  • Ensure recruiting processes align with company policies, the NiCE Code of Ethics and all relevant employment laws and regulations.

  • Communicate clearly, promptly and professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders, representing NiCE in a positive way from first contact to final decision.

  • Continually test and introduce new sourcing tactics, tools and channels to reach high performing Sales and Professional Services talent.

Have you got what it takes?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • 4+ years of proven success in recruiting across multiple job levels and types.

  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for Sales / GTM roles (for example AEs, Marketing, Sales Engineers / Solution Consultants) and/or Professional Services roles (implementation, delivery, consulting, customer success), ideally in a B2B software or SaaS environment.

  • 4+ years of experience implementing and maintaining an applicant tracking system, preferably Greenhouse.

  • Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices as they relate to hiring and interviewing.

  • Experience training and coaching hiring managers on interview process, evaluation and selection.

  • Intermediate skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word, with the ability to build simple reports and presentations.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence, push back and advise when needed.
  • Energetic, proactive and organized, with a bias for action and ownership in a fast moving, service driven environment.

This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive, and employees will also perform other reasonable related business duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.

This organization reserves the right to revise or change job duties as the need arises. This job description does not constitute a written or implied contract of employment.
