What you will do

• Support end-to-end recruitment for Japan, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and maintain healthy talent pipelines

• Assist in offer management and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

• Act as a key point of contact between Japan and HQ on HR and operational matters

• Coordinate with external vendors (e.g. accounting, legal) and support local compliance and day-to-day operations
  

What we are looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or related functions

• Strong interest in AI, tech, or startup environments

• Good understanding of Japan market; exposure to local regulations is a plus

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
