Own Plaud’s verbal identity and copy system for the AMER market. Define voice standards, tone, style guides, and governance while writing and directing copy for product launches, campaigns, web, product, and lifecycle channels. Partner with product marketing, brand, design, channel, and leadership teams to turn product features into compelling messaging. Build scalable editorial systems, train teams, and use AI writing tools to increase production speed and consistency.

Perform manual testing for web and mobile features across Teams, pricing, growth, recording, transcription, subscriptions, governance, and billing. Create reproducible bug reports, track fixes, contribute to test plans and regression suites, define acceptance criteria with product and engineering teams, and validate releases and bug fixes.

Own Plaud’s monetization strategy across pricing, subscription tiers, entitlements, add-ons, and usage-based charging. Build quantitative models to evaluate conversion, renewal, revenue, costs, and margins. Partner with AI product, billing, engineering, design, and business teams to translate commercial rules into product requirements, validate performance through data and experiments, and continuously improve pricing and monetization systems across regions and channels.

Owns Voice of Customer taxonomy and data quality standards, analyzes customer feedback and behavioral data, identifies trends and systemic issues, and translates findings into prioritized recommendations for Product, Support, Operations, and Engineering. Collaborates with analytics and research teams to align metrics and workflows, and uses SQL, BI tools, Python, APIs, and AI-assisted methods to scale reproducible insight generation.

Train frontline customer service agents in a BPO or outsourced environment, using direct customer-service experience to build credible training. Handle or understand email, chat, and phone support queues; create training materials, SOPs, and assessments with AI tools; and develop curricula and systems from scratch. Near-native English communication is required.

Manage influencer marketing in Korea by sourcing creators, negotiating agency and creator contracts, coordinating content calendars, reviewing deliverables, repurposing content for paid social, managing official social accounts, and tracking campaign performance and ROI. Build and iterate automated GEO/SEO content and data pipelines using LLM APIs and automation tools; implement technical SEO (JSON-LD, Core Web Vitals, crawl/index fixes); analyze search intent with SQL/Python and dashboards; coordinate engineering and operations for GEO front-end changes; operate async across time zones; monitor and test new AI/dev tool releases.

Develop visual narratives that simplify complex AI product features, collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams, and optimize designs using feedback and performance insights.
