We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our growth journey, owning the entire recruitment lifecycle while ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, source top talent (with a strong focus on tech roles), and design onboarding programs that set employees up for success from day one.
What you’ll do:
- Drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, with emphasis on tech hiring;
- Partner with hiring managers to define needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies;
- Craft and publish engaging job postings across LinkedIn, job boards, and professional communities;
- Leverage AI-powered recruitment tools and our ATS to manage pipelines, metrics, and KPIs;
- Coordinate and execute onboarding programs that guarantee a smooth and supportive integration for new hires.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate and employee experience at every stage of the journey.

Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in recruitment, with proven strength in tech hiring;
- Proficiency with AI-driven recruitment tools and modern sourcing techniques;
- Experience in designing and running onboarding programs;
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills;
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism;
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
