What You'll Do
Serve as a trusted Talent Acquisition advisor for the hiring managers and manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, and selection of candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for the delivery
Conduct market and peer organization benchmarking research for the unique roles to identify and engage with potential candidates, ensuring a positive experience for both internal and external applicants.
Utilize innovative recruitment tools and channels to identify and engage top talent.
Build and maintain inclusive talent pipelines that support diversity hiring objectives.
Communicate proactively with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure timely updates and excellent candidate experience
Ensure recruitment processes comply with employment laws, regulations and internal policies.
Collaborate with hiring managers and Total Rewards to develop competitive and equitable offer packages aligned with internal compensation frameworks and market benchmarks.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of the organization, including career development, culture, and total rewards.
Lead regular cadences, use recruiting metrics and data / trend analysis for stakeholders to understand progress, challenges and solutions.
Uses technology, automation, and new approaches to improve hiring speed, quality, and process effectiveness. Identifies practical improvements and challenges inefficient ways of working.
Also should have the ability to challenge/influence hiring decisions and advise on trade-offs.
Support onboarding activities by liaising with People Operations and hiring managers to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires.
Apply a solution-oriented mindset to address day-to-day recruitment challenges and propose effective solutions
Required Qualifications/Skills
5+ years of work experience in recruiting- across sourcing, screening, complex offers, and stakeholder advisory, for hiring talent across experience levels and complex roles
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. MBA (HR) is a preference
Skilled in utilizing both traditional and creative sourcing methods—such as networking, headhunting, market research, and social media—to generate diverse and high-quality talent pipelines
Experience in using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for managing recruitment. Experience in Workday is preferred.
