Talent Acquisition Partner
Position is primarily remote. Ideally suited for candidates local to the Washtenaw county area. Will be expected to work onsite as needed.
Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is looking for a highly energetic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be tasked with carrying out recruitment activities from sourcing to offering for positions ranging from entry to middle management. Works in collaboration with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to meet Talent Acquisition requirements. Offers consultative services such as workforce planning, setting up service level agreements, frequent reporting, and crafting sourcing strategies. Ensures and nurtures outstanding relationsip with hiring managers while delivering a professional and exceptional candidate experience.
What You'll Do:
- Identify candidates to fill new and vacant positions.
- Manages the interviewing process, inclusive of candidate screening, selection decision making, job offer creation and drug screening.
- Guiding newly hired colleagues through the onboarding process to ensure colleague acclimation and retention.
- Ensures consistency of employer brand to attract and recruit diverse top talent.
- Sources (up to 25%), assesses and selects qualified applicants to be referred as candidates for open searches, which includes networking and cultivating a talent pipeline in a creative and effective manner.
General Requirements:
- EDUCATION: Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of talent acquisition, human resources, employment laws and regulations as normally obtained through a Bachelor’s degree with three (3) years of related talent acquisition experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- CREDENTIALS/LICENSURE: None
- MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Experience recruiting and sourcing in a 3rd party agency environment within the healthcare sector is preferred. Experience with Workday and Applicant tracking systems is preferred. Experience recruiting high volume healthcare roles is preferred.

Skills Required
