Job Description

We have a great opportunity for Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and play a key role in ensuring we attract, engage and hire diverse talent while delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience. This is a strategic partnering role where you'll work closely with senior leaders, hiring managers and People colleagues to shape workforce plans, influence hiring decisions and develop innovative attraction strategies 

 

Your Impact:   

As a trusted Talent Acquisition partner, you will: 

  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across your business areas, providing expert recruitment advice and guidance. 

  • Lead, coach and develop Talent Acquisition Advisors, supporting their growth and performance. 

  • Develop and deliver innovative direct sourcing strategies to attract high-quality and diverse talent. 

  • Create talent pipelines and talent pools to meet current and future hiring needs. 

  • Utilise a range of channels including digital recruitment, social media, referrals, networking and direct sourcing strategies. 

  • Lead and deliver impactful recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives. 

  • Coach and support hiring managers on inclusive recruitment, assessment and selection best practice. 

  • Use market intelligence and recruitment data to influence decisions and drive continuous improvement. 

 

Key Criteria: 

  • Significant in-house recruitment experience across multiple functions or divisions.  

  • Experience coaching, supporting and managing a team. 

  • Experience developing and delivering high-impact recruitment and sourcing strategies. 

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience advising senior leaders. 

  • Strong direct sourcing and headhunting expertise with a proven track record of reducing agency spend. 

  • Strong analytical skills and confidence using recruitment data to inform decisions. 

  • The ability to balance strategic projects with day-to-day recruitment delivery.

Additional Information

Salary: £46,350 - 51,500 + £3,500 London Weighting Allowance per annum depending on experience.  

Contract: 9-month FTC, full time  

Based:  London Hybrid, working 2 days a week from our Headquarters in Embassy Gardens.
