POSITION SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for driving the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, engage, and hire top talent for the organization. Acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers, this role ensures a seamless recruitment experience, fosters a diverse talent pipeline, and aligns hiring strategies with organizational goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and desired candidate profiles.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to source, attract, and retain top talent.
- Ensure hiring practices align with the organization's DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) goals.
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, networking events, and other innovative methods.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Serve as a brand ambassador to promote the company’s culture and career opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offers.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth hiring workflows.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and provide insightful recommendations to hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining open communication and timely follow-ups.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and challenges.
- Use data to refine and improve recruitment processes continuously.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with local labor laws and company policies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in talent acquisition.
- All other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- B.S. Degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years in a corporate recruiting setting; or commensurate combination of education and experience.
- Prior experience with ATS Systems
- Experience recruiting for senior leadership and sales roles preferred.
- High standard of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality
- Preferred style of teamwork, collaboration, and humility
- Ability to lead through influence
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Good reasoning abilities and sound judgement
- Ability to build internal and external relationships and alliances across all levels
- Excellent customer service acumen
- Ability to prioritize multiple assigned tasks and execute parallel tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced changing environment
- Possess a high level of attention to detail

- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Travel estimated at 10%
Compensation: Starting at $65,000.00
Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and, in some instances, may include education, skills, work experience and certifications. You may also be eligible to participate in an annual incentive bonus. An incentive bonus, if any, depends on various factors such as organizational performance.
