The Talent Acquisition Partner is a member of the Hayes Locums Talent Acquisition Team and plays a critical role in attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent across the organization, with a primary focus on our inside Sales Consultant roles. In this high-impact role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination, while partnering closely with Human Resources, business leaders, and hiring managers to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes and a best-in-class candidate experience.

Work Schedule
This role is based in-person, in-office Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Periodic schedule adjustments may be required to support interviews, recruiting events, career fairs, college and university campus visits, onboarding activities, and business needs. Flexibility to travel and work outside standard business hours on occasion is required.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, offer negotiation, offer presentation, onboarding coordination, and related administrative functions.
• Generate and maintain a high-quality pipeline of active and passive candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize a consultative and competitive recruiting approach to identify top-performing Sales Consultants and other business-critical talent.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, professional networks, referrals, talent communities, and internal databases using advanced sourcing techniques and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process while delivering a positive and engaging candidate experience.
• Partner with Human Resources, hiring managers, and business leaders to understand workforce needs, define candidate profiles, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor by providing market insights, talent availability trends, interview best practices, and hiring recommendations to business leaders.
• Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives designed to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
• Represent Hayes Locums at career fairs, university recruiting events, networking opportunities, and other talent attraction initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, increase operational efficiency, and enhance overall hiring effectiveness.
• Manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities while meeting established hiring goals and deadlines.
• Perform additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
• Must be a current Hayes Locums employee in good standing and have current manager approval prior to applying and participating in the interview process.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, agency recruiting, corporate recruiting, or a related talent management function.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes across multiple openings simultaneously.
• Proven sourcing experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other candidate attraction methods.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively engage candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities and meeting established deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, recruitment technologies, and reporting tools.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate talent, influence hiring decisions, and maintain a high standard of hiring quality.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience recruiting for sales, business development, staffing, healthcare, or other performance-driven environments.
• Experience supporting campus recruiting, employer branding initiatives, and recruitment marketing efforts.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze recruiting metrics and leverage data to improve hiring outcomes.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
