TALENT ACQUISITION PARTNER

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who is passionate about connecting great talent with meaningful opportunities and helping shape the future workforce of Electrolux Professional. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Talent Management & Talent Acquisition plays a key role in supporting Electrolux Professional as a high-performing learning organization. In this position, you will help evolve our talent practices to attract, recruit, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment and employer branding initiatives in Pordenone, Italy, and potentially across other regions in Europe.

This role is ideal for an experienced recruitment professional who enjoys combining strategic partnerships with hands-on execution while supporting and advising senior leaders. You will drive the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer, with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You are also genuinely interested in understanding our business and how strong talent practices can support our long-term success.

To succeed in this role, you are curious, humble, candidate-focused, and skilled at building strong stakeholder relationships. You are also comfortable leveraging AI and digital tools to drive smarter, more efficient, and high-quality hiring processes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead inclusive and fair end-to-end recruitment process, attracting diverse talent across function and levels.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define hiring needs, sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
  • Source, assess and manage candidates through all recruitment stages, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and accurate ATS tracking.
  • Leverage digital and AI-enabled tools to improve recruitment effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Provide market insights, recruitment updates and interview support to stakeholders - we like data driven approach!
  • Support onboarding, succession planning internal mobility and talent development initiatives.
  • Engage in employer branding activities that showcase what makes us an inspiring place to grow and contribute.
  • Contribute to the development of our HR practices with a particular focus on strengthening and modernizing Talent Acquisition.
     

WHAT'S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE

  • We are looking for you who have relevant education in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent experience, combined with proven success in end-to-end recruitment across functions, levels and seniority.
  • You have experience building diverse talent pipelines, applying structured selection methods and leveraging AI, digital tools and ATS platforms to enhance recruitment outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication skills ad proficiency in Office 365 are essential to succeed in this role.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
