The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for attracting and hiring top talent into the organization through creative recruiting strategies and effective management of the selection process. This position owns the full-cycle of field recruiting for select positions and works to promote the Company’s brand throughout the retail industry. The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a critical role in building a talent pool that can be utilized to fill field positions in a timely manner.

 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a full-cycle recruitment process for select field positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to assist in the selection of candidates and drafting of Offer Letters as needed.
  • Assess and maintain a candidate pipeline for field positions by utilizing Workforce Planning, internal talent, passive candidate acquisitions on social recruiting sites, and maintaining the Applicant Tracking system.
  • Assist in identifying candidates for field positions through recruitment activities; job fairs, employee referrals, job boards, database mining.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement in the Company’s recruiting methodologies by making recommendations for streamlining.
  • Partner with HRBPs and management to place transfer employees into their new role successfully.
  • Manage New Store and Acquisition Checklist for field to ensure that all Human Resources related tasks are successfully executed.
  • Gather, analyze and make recommendations from recruitment data that will result in positive outcomes for the business.
  • Practice a candidate-centric approach that is aligned with both the needs of the candidate and the Company’s brand.
  • Contribute to the development of recruiting strategies and special projects as required.
  • Travel to assigned region to host job fairs as needed (< 5% travel).
  • Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance.
  • Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management.
  • Adhere to all local, federal and state laws in addition to Company policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Performs any other duties that may be assigned by management.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or the equivalent in experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years combined recruiting experience with a variety of positions (field and corporate), preferably with a retail/fashion organization.
  • Experience in high-growth retail or multi-unit, multi-state locations; identifying talent for new store locations a plus.
  • Extensive full-cycle recruiting experience with proven success.
  • Strong people management and mentoring skills.
  • Proven success in building positive, collaborative relationships with customers and internal business partners.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.
  • Prior experience in utilizing an Applicant Tracking System.
  • Outstanding organizational and administrative skills; detail-orientation and resourcefulness.
  • Ability to build relationships with a diverse group of internal and external partners.
  • Strong listening, written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and work on own initiative in an extremely busy environment where constant reprioritization is required.

PAY RANGE: $70,500.00 - $72,000.00/yr

*compensation varies based on geography, skills, experience, and tenure


Physical Demands
