We are currently seeking an exceptional professional to join us as a Talent Acquisition Partner
The Talent Acquisition Partner will be a key partner in delivering a high-impact Talent Acquisition service across EMEA and APAC regions. You will have overall responsibility for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent across a range of functions up to senior management level. This role requires a strong understanding of Incora’s strategic goals and the ability to translate them into effective hiring strategies that support business growth, enhance our employer brand, and improve candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Actively manage the end-to-end recruitment process from recruitment requirements to candidate offer
- Develop and maintain highly effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that their resourcing needs and challenges are understood
- Source candidates both internally and externally with the use of practical search tools such as social media channels and referrals
- Support line managers with the recruitment process including organizing and supporting the interview process
- Coordinate all internal and external recruitment events
- Deliver accurate daily, weekly and monthly reporting
- Support and share best practice with stakeholders in the Incora recruitment processes and system
- Work with the HR Services team to ensure a smooth transition from offer to onboarding
- Liaise with recruitment agencies, when necessary, to ensure the best rates are negotiated and relevant vacancies are managed appropriately
- Support the HR team on operational and continuous improvement projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Substantial previous recruitment experience, ideally in an internal resourcing role
- Experience of managing the recruitment process from start to finish
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, working with Workday will be a plus
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential, alongside experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence and negotiate at different levels
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to forge strong working relationships
- Ability to manage a high workload with conflicting priorities
- Action oriented and “can-do” attitude
- Fluent English
- Fluency in French would be advantageous
