All about the role:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to the business and a recruitment expert, supporting hiring across various locations in Poland.
You will play a key role in attracting top talent and shaping our Talent Acquisition strategy through digital tools, data insights, and employer branding initiatives.
What you will do:
Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering closely with Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders across functions and locations in Poland.
Build and manage talent pipelines using tools such as Phenom CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and LinkedIn Talent Insights.
Provide market insights and talent intelligence to support informed hiring decisions.
Drive requisitions in Workday, craft compelling job ads, source and identify top talent, and guide stakeholders through recruitment processes and best practices.
Contribute to strengthening the Electrolux employer brand through candidate experience and sourcing strategies.
Who you’re:
Minimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a strong track-record in hiring for operations functions (supply chain, manufacturing, R&D, quality), including volume recruitment, gained in-house or in an agency / RPO setting.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, confidence in building trusted and reliable relationships and taking full ownership for delivering results.
Expert in full cycle recruitment including, but not limited to: sourcing, networking, assessing, job analysis, salary trends, relationship management up to offer preparation and extension.
Proven track record in successfully navigating fast-paced, dynamic environments, including effective time management, ability to work independently, setting priorities and reliability at respecting deadlines.
Proactive, resilient and calm under pressure.
International mindset coming from working with various cultures and stakeholders at all levels.
Digitally savvy, with solid MS Office skills; experience with Workday and Phenom CRM is a plus.
Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken).
Where you’ll be:
The preferred location for this role is Wroclaw, with Cracow also considered as a potential location.
