The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for full life cycle recruitment for various non-exempt and exempt level positions in the United States. As a talent partner, the Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify and acquire strong talent for our business.
What you will do:
- Responsible for full life cycle recruitment for various Support Band and Professional Band (non-exempt and exempt level) positions in the assigned region. Function as a talent partner and collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify and acquire strong talent for our business.
- Manage an ongoing, high volume of requisitions with limited oversight
- Execute recruiting strategies which include: job description review, candidate assessment, sourcing methodologies, research, proactive cold calling and candidate development, interviewer preparation and coaching, feedback collection, creation and negotiation of offers, and reference checking
- Create strong relationships in order to build a pipeline for future openings
- Communicate appropriately, proactively and consistently with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, external contacts and potential candidates to ensure a positive client and candidate experience
- Prioritize work and set appropriate expectations with hiring managers and HR partners
- Utilize passive and direct sourcing techniques, and seek new methods and innovative solutions, to identify and attract prospective candidates and build talent pipeline
- Represent and differentiate Equifax to external candidates by effectively describing our business, strategy, culture and values
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers and recruiting peers to share talent, market intelligence, and identify and learn best practice recruiting methodology
- Comply with all Talent Acquisition and broader Equifax policies, procedures and risk requirements
What experience you need
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional corporate recruiting experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a corporate recruiting role, preferably within a Multinational Company or Global Business Services (GBS) environment in Costa Rica.
- Bilingual Proficiency (English/Spanish): Excellent professional English communication skills are required to partner effectively with international Hiring Managers across 24 countries.
- High-Volume Recruitment: Proven track record managing a high volume of active requisitions (20-30+ concurrent roles) for both non-exempt and exempt professional bands under minimal supervision.
- Local Market Expertise: Solid understanding of the Costa Rican labor market, competitive landscape (Shared Services/FinTech), and talent availability.
- Advanced Sourcing: Hands-on expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter (boolean search, talent mapping) and local channels to proactively attract passive bilingual talent.
- ATS Management: Direct experience working with enterprise-level Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday (preferably), Taleo) ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Consultative Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to advise, influence, and manage the expectations of diverse hiring managers regarding recruitment plans and market intelligence.
