Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and play a strategic role in hiring top-tier talent for our Engineering and Product teams across Europe.
This role will focus on recruiting for technical and product roles e.g. Data Scientists, Full Stack Engineers, Product Managers, Product Designers, etc.
As a Senior TA Partner, you'll work closely with hiring managers, providing expert guidance and insights to ensure we attract and hire the best talent in a competitive landscape. Your experience in technical recruiting, coupled with a deep understanding of the unique needs of engineering and product teams, will be essential to driving our success.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership with Hiring Managers
- Collaborate with hiring managers across Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams to understand role requirements, team goals, and the ideal candidate profile.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and guidance on the hiring process, market trends, and talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring objectives.
- Conduct regular check-ins with stakeholders to align on hiring priorities and candidate pipeline progress.
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-priority roles within Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Develop and execute customized sourcing strategies to identify and attract top technical talent, leveraging tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and specialized job boards.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments, focusing on both technical qualifications and cultural fit, before presenting qualified candidates to hiring teams.
Candidate Experience
- Deliver a positive and transparent experience for all candidates, from initial outreach to final offer, ensuring timely and consistent communication throughout the process.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing our company's values and culture to potential candidates and creating a compelling narrative around our mission and vision.
- Solicit feedback from candidates and hiring teams to continuously improve the candidate experience and our recruitment processes.
Process Improvement and Innovation
- Contribute to the development and refinement of recruitment processes, with a focus on efficiency, inclusivity, and scalability.
- Explore and recommend new sourcing channels, tools, and technologies to enhance our talent acquisition efforts.
- Partner with the broader People Operations team to ensure alignment on employer branding, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of experience as a senior in-house TA Partner at a B2B SaaS company.
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with at least 3 years focused on technical roles (e.g., Data Scientists, Full Stack Engineers, Product Managers, Product Designers, etc).
- Experience working with an ATS i.e. Greenhouse (preferred), Phenom, Lever or equivalent.
- Proven track record of hiring for highly specialized and technical positions in a competitive talent market.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence hiring managers, candidates, and peers.
- Deep knowledge of technical sourcing tools (i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter), recruitment best practices, and current talent market trends for engineering and product roles.
- Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on transparency and inclusivity in candidate interactions.
