The Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting group specializes in automotive technologies that are driving the future of mobility. Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of long-term plans, forecasts.
- Provide timely and accurate financial analyses and reports to support senior management in decision-making.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance and support company growth initiatives.
- Support the preparation of the business cases.
- Adhere to the company's financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets, ensure accurate financial reporting, and reduce financial risks.
- Control the key performance indicators, prepare variance analysis, and drive corrective actions.
- Control the capital expenditure and working capital levels.
Who we are looking for.
- Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting, or similar business degree
- Previous experience is not required but would be an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Experience with Office Package would be advantage
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Preferred qualifications
- Knowledge of local GAAP and preferably US GAAP
