Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) you are independently responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process within our Swiss Commercial organization. Your mission is to identify and attract future business leaders and talented individuals for exciting roles within our various commercial and aftermarket functions. You’ll collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners across various business sectors and functions to fill critical vacancies. Your responsibilities include driving the requisition process, crafting compelling job advertisements, conducting interviews, and guiding Hiring Managers through our talent strategy. Your market expertise will inform strategic decisions, and you’ll actively contribute to building our Electrolux employer brand in Switzerland.
Language requirements: Swiss German and English. Understanding of French would be beneficial.

- Energy and Passion: An independent and proactive approach to recruitment and genuine enthusiasm for market trends and talent insights, are essential.
- Agility and Stakeholder management: Always curious to try new things and find new ways to attract new talent, engaging with Business Stakeholders to strive for the best results.
- Process-Driven: You have a proven track record of driving recruitment processes forward. You anticipate challenges and maintain composure even in high-pressure situations.
- It’s beneficial to have completed a bachelor’s degree or similar.
- Full Lifecycle Recruiting experience: You have at least one year of recruiting experience in a fast-paced international environment. Proficiency in all aspects of recruiting, including sourcing, networking, assessing candidates, legal considerations, job analysis, salary trends, and relationship management.
- Project Management: Excellent project management skills, including time management, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
- International Mindset: Experience working across diverse cultures and organizational levels.
