What we're looking for

For this role, we will assess this entire job description through the interview process, from the very first interview.

This is a Recruiter role at PropHero. You will be responsible for developing and managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, source, and hire top talent across various roles. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs, sourcing and interviewing candidates, maintaining recruiting metrics, and contributing to employer branding initiatives. The role also involves developing strategies to enhance candidate experience and ensuring a streamlined hiring process that aligns with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Attraction

  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and craft compelling job descriptions that reflect PropHero’s mission and values.
  • Collaborate with the People & Culture team to strengthen PropHero’s employer brand across social channels, events, and partnerships.
  • Create engaging outreach content and campaigns to attract top-tier candidates across different markets and roles.

Sourcing

  • Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and talent communities.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Proactively research and map markets to identify potential talent pools and competitive insights.

Interviewing

  • Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, motivation, and cultural alignment with PropHero’s values.
  • Coordinate interview processes with hiring teams to ensure a positive, efficient, and inclusive candidate experience.
  • Support hiring managers in decision-making through clear, data-driven candidate evaluations and scorecards.

Closing

  • Manage offer negotiations, ensuring alignment with PropHero’s compensation framework and market benchmarks.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the process to maintain engagement and transparency.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.

Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, conversion rates, source effectiveness, etc.).
  • Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and candidate experience through data insights.
  • Maintain ATS data accuracy and contribute to continuous improvement in recruiting operations.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within high-growth startups, scale-ups, or tech environments.
  • Industry exposure: Proven success hiring across multiple functions but ideally a background in Construction, Real-Estate or Tech is preferred.
  • Communication skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders globally.
  • Tools: Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, or similar) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards.
  • Process management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset: Comfort with recruiting metrics and data-driven decision-making to continuously optimize performance.
  • Communication & Coordination: Excellent organizational and communication skills to align multiple stakeholders and manage priorities.
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy and accountability across data, documentation, and process execution.
