What's the job?
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in driving Alfa Laval’s proactive, insight‑driven and pipeline‑oriented Talent Acquisition strategy. Based in Saint‑Priest (69), just outside Lyon, you will report to the TA Manager for Mid & Southern Europe, also located in Saint‑Priest, and support a wide range of recruitments across France, Europe and North‑West Africa.
In this role, you will operate both strategically and hands‑on: acting as a true business advisor and talent expert, providing insight, guidance and constructive challenge to hiring managers. You will shape sourcing strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and secure a smooth, high‑quality end‑to‑end hiring experience as we continue moving toward a more data‑driven and candidate‑centric way of working.
Your role
Managing full‑cycle recruitment across multiple functions and countries.
Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, aligning expectations and challenging constructively.
Building and nurturing talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and continuous market engagement.
Conducting market research to understand talent availability, trends and hiring conditions.
Using Talent Acquisition data, dashboards and KPIs to optimize hiring efficiency and guide decision‑making.
Contributing to employer branding initiatives and representing Alfa Laval at external events.
Collaborating closely with the European TA team to harmonize processes and support cross‑regional hiring needs.
What you know
A degree in HR, business, psychology or a related field.
Solid experience in full‑cycle recruiting, ideally in a global and complex environment.
Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
Proven sourcing abilities (ATS, LinkedIn, social media) with success engaging passive candidates.
The ability to think strategically, understand business needs and anticipate future talent requirements.
Comfort using data, KPIs and dashboards to guide decisions and improve efficiency.
Experience or a strong interest in employer branding.
Fluency in English (C1+) and French; proficiency in another language is a plus.
The role is based in Saint‑Priest, with easy access via public transport (T2 tram line)
