Summary:

As the Talent Acquisition Partner, GTM & Corporate, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth, development, and success of our GTM and Corporate teams. By partnering closely with hiring managers, you will deeply understand their needs, strategically build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint. Key Focuses:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for GTM and Corporate roles
  • Utilize direct sourcing strategies to engage both passive and active candidates
  • Serve as a talent acquisition business partner and advisor to hiring managers, aligning recruitment efforts with their goals
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process for hiring teams and a seamless experience for candidates
  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
  • Support additional projects as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • This role requires the ability and willingness to work from the Santa Monica, CA or Phoenix, AZ office on occasion
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Based in the Los Angeles or Phoenix metropolitan area
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience in a search firm or corporate environment, ideally within the tech industry
  • Proven ability to hire for GTM and Corporate roles ranging from entry level to senior manager positions
  • Demonstrated success in managing a high volume of diverse requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and Greenhouse ATS
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of solving problems independently while building strong relationships
  • Collaborative team player with exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in recruiting with 1+ year in GTM or Sales Recruiting in a fast paced or hyper-growth software or technology environment
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence using data
  • A skilled negotiator with an understanding of corporate and sales compensation structures, including base, variable and equity to secure the best talent within parameters set by our Comp Team
  • Consultative with the composure to handle high volume
  • Experience building partnerships and supporting a complex set of stakeholders

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $77,500-$105,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.

Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
