What you’ll do

• Own full-cycle recruitment for Sales and Partner Success roles – from junior to senior
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, understanding their goals, team dynamics, and what "great" looks like
• Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines using smart, proactive sourcing strategies
• Craft job ads that speak to top talent – clear, bold, and authentic
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience – fast, personal, and professional
• Keep our ATS (Workable) and HR systems (BambooHR) sharp and tidy
• Track metrics, share insights, and continuously improve how we hire

What you bring

• 4+ years of experience in Sales and Customer Success recruiting, ideally in high-growth or fast-paced environments
• Proven success hiring for tough-to-fill commercial roles across the DACH region
• Full professional fluency in German and English – written and spoken
• A consultative, business-minded approach – you’re more than “just” a recruiter
• High adaptability and bias for action – you move fast and stay focused
• A creative sourcing mindset and strong sense for cultural fit
