What does a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, APAC at Pattern?
- Partner with hiring managers to create intelligent recruiting plans
- Source and recruit potential candidates for APAC countries
- Act as first point of contact to provide excellent experience for potential candidates
- Assist potential employees through entire candidate experience at Pattern
- Maintain recruiting and hiring data and execute reporting strategies
- Analyze dynamic market data and adapt to remain competitive on local, national, and global levels
- Provide sophisticated, timely, and comprehensive recruiting data and insights to key partners
- Create outstanding brand recognition among potential employees
- Utilize ATS and social media tools to create and maintain robust candidate pools
- Negotiate to build comprehensive compensation packages
- Work with US Talent Acquistion Team to polish comprehensive hiring proposal submission
What will I need to thrive in this role?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant industry experience
- 8+ years of professional recruiting experience, western-based company preferred
- Ability to solve complex problems and create innovative solutions
- Advanced knowledge of applicant tracking systems and reporting tools
- Successful negotiation and conflict resolution experience
- Sophisticated aptitude in LinkedIn Recruiter and other job sites
- Understanding of e-commerce and experience in Workday are definitely an advantage
- Agency background is a plus
- Proficient Mandarin and English communication skills, both written and verbal
