What you will do:

Manage Talent Acquisition Compliance

  • Ensure Regulatory and Vendor Compliance: Oversee talent acquisition processes to ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations at local, national, and international levels, including specific regional requirements and global standards. Collaborate with vendor relationship owners to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and legal standards.
  • Manage Policies and Compliance Playbook: Develop and maintain recruitment policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and corporate standards. Regularly review and update these policies to reflect legislative changes and industry best practices. Prepare and continually update a comprehensive talent acquisition compliance playbook, detailing all compliance procedures, audit protocols, and best practices.
  • Conduct Audits: Perform regular audits of talent acquisition activities, prepare compliance reports, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Facilitate Training: Design and deliver training for talent acquisition team members and hiring managers on compliance-related topics and best practices. Ensure continuous learning to keep the team updated on new regulations and compliance strategies.
  • Manage Data Privacy: Ensure candidate data is handled securely and in accordance with GDPR and other data protection regulations.

Manage Talent Acquisition Operations

  • Process Optimization: Analyze and streamline recruitment workflows to eliminate inefficiencies and enhance candidate experience. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve overall recruitment effectiveness. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of recruitment processes, making data-driven adjustments to ensure optimal efficiency and a positive candidate journey. 
  • TA Technology Platform Performance: Optimize recruitment technologies and systems to ensure they support compliance. Monitor recruiter performance metrics, including tool utilization, and address gaps. Focusing on compliant use of requisitions, evergreens, and dispositioning. Provide feedback and recommendations to recruiters and leadership to enhance recruitment effectiveness. 
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with HR Analytics to design, generate, and interpret recruitment performance reports related to compliance. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to highlight areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
  • Strategic Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration between talent acquisition, HR, and stakeholders across the organization to drive seamless talent acquisition operations and enhance overall efficiency.

What you will need to succeed:

  • 8-10 years of proven experience in talent acquisition with a focus on compliance and operational excellence.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and data visualization tools (e.g., Workday, Excel, Power BI, Tableau), excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with peers, teams, and stakeholders across HR and the organization.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage priorities among multiple stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.

Strongly preferred:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage change within an organization, particularly in implementing new systems and processes.
  • Expertise in using advanced data analytics to drive recruitment strategies and improve process efficiencies.
  • Certification in HR or related fields (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, PMP).
