This is a contractor role based onsite in Boise, Idaho (3-4 days a week)
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, within our Technical Products Group. In this role, you will be responsible for setting direction, delivering, and executing recruiting strategies within our Technical Product Groups. The scope of this role includes talent sourcing, selection and offers.
This role requires excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interact with and influence all levels of the organization. As the ideal candidate, you can achieve results in a fast-moving, dynamic environment. You are proactive and have a solid team ethic and work effectively in a cross-functional environment. You coordinate priorities and initiatives, troubleshoot, and analyze complex problems, and lead multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
· Develop and execute talent strategies that identify and acquire top diverse talent enabling Micron business growth, vision and mission.
· Recruit & deliver highly qualified external candidates against open positions, drawing upon consulting skills, and staffing expertise to recommend the best course of actions to recruit, assess, select, and hire
· Partner with hiring teams and upper management to meet business hiring requirements
· Demonstrate sourcing techniques applying a wide variety of tools, technology, and networks
· Provide excellent communication with external candidates to provide an outstanding interview experience
· Partner with business executives, leaders, and all areas of HR to understand business needs, grow talent pipelines, and source for key positions within the company in the present, and in the future
· Ensure performance metrics are aligned with objectives, utilized strategically, and communicated effectively
Minimum Qualifications:
· Minimum of 10 years' experience in staffing, recruiting strategy, process, and execution, preferably in a global environment ideally in the semiconductor space
· Experience building rapport and interacting with key stakeholders and internal and external partners
· Data driven capability – ability to use appropriate metrics that influence and drive decisions
· Demonstrable ability to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer experience
· Experience delivering results in a fast-paced environment requiring innovation and adapting to a rapidly changing, ambiguous environment
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Skills:
· Previous experience in a global technology firm, preferably in electronics manufacturing, storage, or memory
· Experience with corporate senior technical leadership recruiting including in house sourcing and selection and third-party vendor management
· Innovative, goal-oriented, and a collaborative colleague
