Position Summary (Why this role matters): 

The Manager, Talent Acquisition plays pivotal role in the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies within a high-growth medical device organization. This role collaborates closely with the Human Resources team and key business stakeholders to build and enhance scalable hiring processes, interview frameworks, and employer branding initiatives that align with organizational objectives. This position carries significant influence in shaping the candidate experience and supporting the company’s expansion into new global markets. This role contributes to the design and implementation of talent acquisition programs and projects that enable the organization to attract, assess, and onboard high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities (What you’ll do):

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution
  • Partner to build and refine scalable hiring strategies that support aggressive growth targets across all HistoSonics functions.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
  • Develop standardized interview frameworks, competency models, and assessment approaches to drive consistency and alignment across the organization.
Process Optimization & Systems
  • Evaluate and improve end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance in a regulated medical device environment.
  • Partner with HR Operations to optimize ATS workflows, reporting, capabilities, and assess future recruiting & onboarding technology tools 
  • Lead process documentation and training for hiring managers and interview teams.
Employer Brand & Global Expansion
  • Drive and optimize social media platforms, including LinkedIn, for job postings, candidate outreach, and leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter tools.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to expand hiring processes internationally, ensuring alignment with local employment practices and cultural considerations.
  • Partner with Marketing to enhance the HistoSonics careers landing page and overall employer branding presence.
Programs & Project Management
  • Lead or participate in special projects such as:
    • Enhancements to the HistoSonics onboarding program 
    • Talent pipeline development initiatives 
    • Candidate experience enhancements
    • Internship and early-career program design and execution
Stakeholder Management
  • Influence, guide, and coach hiring managers to make informed, equitable, and timely hiring decisions.
  • Provide data-driven insights on hiring trends, talent availability, and market competitiveness.
  • Build strong relationships across the business to understand talent needs and workforce plans.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.  
  • 8+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • 5 years in the medical device industry strongly preferred.
  • Experience with the DEEL platform or similar Employer of Record (EOR) process highly desired.
  • Proven success in designing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies. 
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies, tools, and digital hiring platforms. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. 
  • Highly collaborative, proactive, and strong in stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, high growth environment. 
  • Experience managing recruitment budgets and vendor contracts. 
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
