A Day in Life:
The Manager of Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading, developing, and holding accountable a high-performing team of Talent Acquisition Partners (TAP) to deliver top talent in alignment with business priorities. This role serves as a strategic partner to leadership in the Operations COE -- driving recruiting performance, influencing hiring decisions, and ensuring consistent execution.
Success in this role is defined by the ability to elevate team capability, drive measurable hiring outcomes, and build trusted stakeholder relationships that position Talent Acquisition as a critical enabler of business growth.
The salary range for this position is $85,000 annually and is eligible for a company vehicle.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, fostering a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement.
- Drive hiring results by overseeing recruiter productivity, requisition distribution, pipeline health, quality of hire, and achievement of hiring goals.
- Leverage recruiting metrics and KPIs to assess performance, identify opportunities, and implement data-driven solutions.
- Partner with business leaders, Workforce Planning, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers to align talent acquisition strategies with organizational objectives and workforce needs.
- Develop and execute scalable recruiting and sourcing strategies to attract top talent across diverse markets and business functions.
- Utilize labor market intelligence, industry trends, and competitive insights to continuously enhance recruiting effectiveness.
- Champion an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience through consultative partnerships, proactive communication, and service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with recruiting policies, processes, and regulatory requirements while maintaining data integrity and operational consistency.
- Build trusted relationships across the organization, positioning Talent Acquisition as a strategic advisor and business partner.
- Drive continuous process improvement through feedback, best practices, and operational excellence initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience with a demonstrated track record of delivering hiring results and business impact.
- 3+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing recruiting teams in a high-volume or multi-market environment.
- Proven ability to drive team performance through data-driven decision-making, performance metrics, accountability, and coaching.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trusted partnerships across all levels of the organization.
- Experience developing and executing scalable talent acquisition strategies to meet evolving business and workforce needs.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage recruiting data and market insights to inform strategy and drive outcomes.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills with a consultative approach.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while effectively managing competing priorities and changing business demands.

Skills Required
- 6+ years experience in Talent Acquisition
- 3+ years people management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Marketing, or related field
- Extensive interviewing and sourcing experience filling positions at all corporate levels
- Experience designing and implementing strategic sourcing (digital, social, headhunting)
- Experience with data-driven recruiting, KPIs, and recruiter performance scorecards
- Knowledge of compliance requirements including OFCCP and ability to audit dispositions
- Experience managing sourcing budgets and vendor relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and influence stakeholders
