What You'll Do

As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:

✔ Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical, non-clinical, leadership, and hard-to-fill positions

✔ Develop and execute innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies

✔ Partner directly with organizational leaders to identify talent needs and hiring solutions

✔ Coach hiring managers on interviewing, candidate selection, and hiring best practices

✔ Analyze recruitment metrics and use data to drive continuous improvement

✔ Enhance our employer brand and candidate experience

✔ Lead recruitment marketing efforts, community outreach, networking events, and career fairs

✔ Supervise and develop Talent Acquisition team members

✔ Help position Big Bend Health and our service lines (Big Bend Hospice, Big Bend Palliative Care and Big Bend Home Health) as an employer of choice throughout our region

What We're Looking For

You may be a great fit if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field

• Five or more years of progressive recruitment or talent acquisition experience

• Healthcare recruitment experience strongly preferred

• Experience leading recruitment initiatives, sourcing strategies, and hiring processes

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills

• Knowledge of employment law and recruitment compliance

• Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and recruitment analytics

• A passion for connecting exceptional people with meaningful careers
