The Talent Acquisition Strategy Manager leads the execution of recruitment strategies within their region, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, timely, and cost-effective hiring outcomes. This role partners with business leaders and HRBPs to translate workforce needs into effective hiring plans, while ensuring alignment with global TA strategy and processes. The Manager oversees end-to-end recruitment delivery, building solid relationship and governance with EBS TA team. The position is also responsible for vendor management, and operational excellence, leveraging data, technology, and market insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
What will you do?
Recruitment and selection guidance and programs
Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection strategy execution, through elaboration of policies, programs, guidance and governance that ensures fulfillment of talent pipelines according to business needs.
Monitor metrics and elaborate actions to improve the quality of hire, time-to-fill, hiring leaders and candidate experience and others.
Oversee strategies for sourcing, workforce composition, TA compliance and selection processes.
Partner with Public affairs to align community initiatives that fosters employer branding and feeds candidate pools.
TA Workforce Planning
Partner with HRBPs, analytics area and org effectiveness manager to anticipate hiring needs and support TA workforce plans.
Provide market insights and recommend sourcing strategies and implementation plans.
Based on defined future demands, work closely with EBS TA team to adjust processes, methodologies and success metrics.
Analysis & Controls
Develop and manage recruitment budgets, identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Partner with EBS for in-depth analysis of recruitment channels, vendors, tools, cost per hire and others, to provide recommendations to improve quality and cost.
Work with analytics team to define dashboards to support governance meetings with different stakeholders.
Leverage Workday and recruiting tools to track performance metrics and generate insights. Monitor KPIs and identify improvement opportunities
Continuous Improvement & Projects
Drive process improvements and support implementation of TA initiatives (employer branding, workforce composition, new technologies).
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges globally. Analyze competitor offerings and industry dynamics to inform strategy and execution.
What you'll need:
A bachelor's degree in related field
10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, HR strategy, or related fields.
Strong qualitative and quantitative skills; able to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
Exceptional planning and execution skills; able to manage multiple workstreams.
Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and financial
Highly collaborative with the ability to influence across marketing, sales, product, and HR functions.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 10+ years progressive experience in talent acquisition, HR strategy, or related fields
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide TA strategies and programs
- Experience with HR technology implementation, integration, and change management (global TA platforms/HRIS)
- Financial modeling and quantitative market/competitive analysis skills
