Job Summary:
We are seeking for our client an International Metal Mechanics Company a dynamic and results-driven Talent
Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts for their growing
operations in Monterrey. As a key member of their HR team, the Talent
Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment
process, ensuring the attract, evaluate, and hire top talent to support the
strategic goals of their international metal-mechanics company. The ideal
candidate will have a deep understanding of the metal-mechanics or
manufacturing industry and a proven track record in building strong talent
pipelines for technical and managerial roles.
Education:
- Bachelor’s
degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a
related field.
Requirements:
- Minimum
of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the
metal-mechanics, manufacturing, or engineering sectors.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Managerial position.
- Proven
experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle for both technical
and non-technical roles.
- Fluent
in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Knowledge:
- Strong
knowledge of local labor laws, recruitment practices, and
industry-specific hiring trends
- Expertise
in sourcing and recruiting for a variety of positions, including
engineering, production, sales, finance, and operations.
- Proficiency
in HRIS, ATS systems, and other recruitment tools.
- Deep
understanding of recruitment metrics and the ability to use data to make
informed decisions.
- Familiarity
with market trends and best practices in recruitment within the
metal-mechanics and manufacturing industries.

Responsibilities:
- Develop
and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company’s
growth and business objectives.
- Lead
recruitment efforts across multiple functions, including engineering,
production, sales, finance, and operations.
- Collaborate
with department heads to define role requirements, create jobs
descriptions, and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
- Manage
and oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates,
conducting interviews, and managing offers to onboarding.
- Implement
and improve talent sourcing strategies to ensure a continuous pipeline of
high-quality candidates.
- Build
and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure a clear
understanding of position requirements and team culture.
- Use
data-driven insights to analyze hiring trends, evaluate recruitment
effectiveness, and optimize strategies.
- Act as
an ambassador of the company’s culture, promoting diversity, equity, and
inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
- Oversee
the hiring budget and ensure recruitment activities are cost-effective
while meeting the company’s hiring needs.
- Manage
and mentor a small team of recruiters, supporting their professional
growth and development.
